The mark consists of a one-dimensional stylized representation of the word WATA in a rectangular box which is superimposed on top of a single drop of water. The border of the box is generally dark blue and fades to gradually become white in the center of the box. However, the section of the border which is over the W in the word WATA is white, while the section of the border which is under the letters TA is white. The letters in the word WATA have a double-line dark blue border, and the area between each layer of the border of each letter is white. Each letter in the word WATA is dark blue at the bottom fading gradually to white at the top. The drop of water is outlined in dark blue on the outside and a lighter blue on the inside. At the section where the rectangular box is superimposed onto the drop of water, the borders of the drop of water cannot be seen. The interior of the drop of water is light blue at the bottom, fading to white at the top.
