The mark consists of 4 stylized vertical spiral columns on a black rectangular background, which each house 4 yin/yang circles between the rungs. The colors of the spirals are, from left to right, yellow, green, red, and blue. The yin/yangs are white on the left, and colored on the right, corresponding in color to the spirals in which they are housed, recognized by the color inside the column. Each yin and each yang have a symbol on them, creating a grid of 32 symbols. About these symbols: The symbol above NEEDS is an eye with a cross (like a multiplication sign) on the eyeball. The Adinkre symbol for hope is above DREAMS. It has been modified to have an arrow in the center. Above HOLISM is a spiral. Above VETTING is a the Adinkre bird looking at it's tail for looking back in history with an Adinkre symbol for measurement inside it. Above STRUCTURE is a snowflake. Above TIMETABLE is a snake eating it's tail, Orobus. Above CREATIVITY is a butterfly. Above HABITS is a Native American symbol for Morning Star. Above DISCIPLINE is an Adinkre symbol for guardianship. Above POWER is a Rune for power and a Rune for willpower is inside it. A Rune for good crops is above BODY INTAKE. Above DISCHARGE is the Native American Kokopelli. Above SUSTAINABILITY is a hand with three center fingers up. Above DEFENSE is a Rune symbol for defense. Above PREPARATION is the Adinkre symbol for preparation. Above RELAXATION is the Mayan symbol for relaxation. Above EXPRESSION is an eagle with it's wings outspread. Above CURIOSITY is a raccoon. Above CONFIDENCE is a lightning bug. Above RESPECT is a deer. Above SELF RELIANCE is a Chinese symbol for self. Above SHARING is an Adinkre symbol for sharing. Above APPRECIATION is a heart with three dots on each side, Hawaiian for love that lasts. Above GRACIOUSNESS is an egret with a moon behind. Above CHOICE is a feather. Above EMPATHY is the Adinkre symbol for humility. Above RESPONSIBILITY is a horse. Above PLAY RISK is a playing dog. Above QUALITY is the Adinkre symbol for beauty. Written parallel to the line of the rungs of the spirals, each rung is labeled with 2 words apiece separated by a double line. The yellow column contains rungs labeled , NEEDS/DREAMS, HOLISM/VETTING, STRUCTURE/TIMETABLE, CREATIVITY/HABITS. The green column contains rungs labeled, DISCIPLINE/POWER, BODY INTAKE/DISCHARGE, SUSTAINABILITY/DEFENSE, PREPARATION/RELAXATION. The red column contains rungs labeled EXPRESSION/CURIOSITY, CONFIDENCE/RESPECT, SELF RELIANCE/SHARING, APPRECIATION/GRACIOUSNESS. The blue column contains rungs labeled, CHOICE/EMPATHY, RESPONSIBILITY/ PLAY RISK, QUALITY/FAIRNESS, and HONESTY/PRIVACY. The rungs are white on the left of the double lines and on the right they are the same color as the corresponding column. There are 5 stars on the rungs above each word and 5 below. The stars are black in outline with indiscriminately varying colors of red, green, and white on the inside. At the base of each column there is one word larger than those above, and surrounded by an oval. There is one symbol each immediately to the right of these words, which are, from left to right, MIND (with Adinkre symbol for intelligence), BODY (with Native American symbol for earth (on it's side)), HEART (with Adinkre symbol for community), and CREED (with nondescript symbol).
