LITTER SCISSOR SCOOP

The mark consists of the word Litter located inside the center top portion of a two ringed circle. The word scissor is centered just beneath the word Litter, but in a larger font size. The word, scissor, also, has a scissor like cut through the word with the narrow end of the cut beginning on the letter c and the wider end of the cut ending on the letter r. The much enlarged letters s, c and p are placed beneath the word scissor occupying the lower two-thirds of the two-ringed circle.
