The mark consists of a large Y-shape wherein the top sides of the Y are triangle shaped and shaded to resemble wings with eleven stripes. The top part of each wing is black and then alternates grey and black stripes to the bottom of the triangle. The top three grey stripes are dark grey on the outer edges and shade to light grey towards the middle. In between the two wings is a black Y shape that is separated from the wings by white stripes. In the center of the black Y is a black shield outlined in white.
