Near the top of the shield are five small gold stars side-by-side in a curve. Beneath the stars, the word GOLD in thick gold-colored upper case lettering. Beneath that, the word STANDARD in thinner upper case white lettering. Beneath that, the words Precious Metals in smaller gold lettering, with the P and M in upper case and the remainder of the words in lower case lettering. Beneath that, a thin gold bar with small gold circles at both ends extending slightly beyond the words above it to the left and right.
