The letter X is slightly extended to be even on the same plane as a red rule that appears under the type treatment logo. The rule is interrupted by a heart beat accent that is followed by the continuation of the rule that ends just before the extension of the X. Under the rule, flush right to the logo type, and shown on one line are the words Patient Safety Solutions again in upper case.
