The approximate translation is beloved teacher which role he assumes in his discourses on conference calls with thousands of those enrolled in his wellness programs and during spiritual rehabilitation services, in-residence Retreats, and Trivedi Energy Transmissions. This title has been associated with Trivedi internationally on several continents and is connected with both Owner's goods and services;

Current use of Owner name; Owner provides services including Trivedi Energy Transmissions, Trivedi Master Energy Transmissions, Trivedi Healing Masters Development Program, and other wellness programs and spiritual rehabilitation services presented by Owner ; Owner sells goods infused by Trivedi Energy Transmissions, including wine, water, and four varieties of probiotics and plans to add other foodstuffs including poultry, pork and beef. All of Owner's goods and services are available through Owner's multiple websites and through other online and retail lines of distribution;

TRIVEDI ENERGY TRANSMISSION

Current and future use for services. In 1995, Mahendra Kumar Trivedi was gifted with the ability to direct his thoughts and intentions to channel universal intelligence to enhance the character, behavior and efficiency of all living organisms. The impact of these Energy Transmissions has been documented in nearly 4000 rigorous scientific research studies on genes, DNA, plants, trees, animals, bacteria, viruses, fungi, diseased and healthy human cells, as well as organic and inorganic materials such as metals, ceramics, and polymers. Mahendra Kumar Trivedi has established a training and development program for certain select individuals, known as TRIVEDI HEALING MASTERS, who are engaged in the healing arts, body work, and other alternative or spiritual rehabilitation services. These individuals will then excel in their respective healing disciplines, with the goal of reaching an ultimate ability to perform Energy Transmissions in the same manner and with results similar to those achieved by Trivedi 's Energy Transmissions on humans, pets and plants. The certification to be used by successful candidates will be the designation : Trivedi Healing Masters. This training program has been in effect and operation, and the designation TRIVEDI HEALING MASTERS has been in continuous use since at least August 2010. The program has two successive phases of nine (9) months each. Not all applicants in Phase I are permitted to progress to Phase II. The training consists of spiritual rehabilitation services, Energy Transmissions and mentoring services provided by Mahendra Kumar Trivedi.
