The mark consists of two elements. First, the logo contains a split block capital R design element that is two shapes in one font connected by a thick border in another font (e.g., black shapes connected by a white border); taken together, the shapes and border resemble a capital R with horizontal lines extending from the top-right and bottom-right corners of the R, a vertical border connecting those horizontal lines, and color filling in the resulting space. Second, to the right of the split block capital R are the words Reserve Trust displayed in two rows, with Reserve atop Trust, in thick font that is the same color as the fill of the split block capital R.;Electronic payment services involving electronic processing and subsequent transmission of bill payment data; Electronic transfer of funds; Financial transaction services, namely, providing secure commercial transactions and payment options; Trust services, namely, investment and trust company services; Automated Clearing House (ACH) transaction processing services; Financial custody services, namely, maintaining possession of financial assets for others for financial management purposes; Maintaining escrow accounts for receiving and maintaining escrow funds and disbursing them pursuant to customer instructions; Providing electronic processing of electronic funds transfer, ACH, credit card, debit card, electronic check and electronic payments;
