1795 H.P.I. SEGES VOTIS RESPONDET CONCORDIA DISCORS

The mark consists of designs in the form of a heraldric crest. In the center of the mark, there is an octagon-shaped seal bearing the letters H.P.I., designs of two hands holding a bowl and spoon respectively over a cauldron, a fire below the cauldron, and a banner featuring the Latin SEGES VOTIS RESPONDET. Above the octagon, there is a pillar with a sphinx on top and the year 1795 contained within laurel. Below the octagon, a placard set into the filigree below the seal features the Latin CONCORDIA DISCORS.
