Providing education and training services, namely, conduction seminars, classes and workshops for others in the field of responding to requests for information, assistance and consultation regarding neutralization, disposal, destruction, transportation and handling of chlorine, hazardous waste, chemicals, hazardous materials and dangerous goods;Providing information and consultation in the field of hazardous waste treatment in the fields of handling, neutralization, disposal and destruction of chlorine and waste in both emergency and non-emergency situations, namely, neutralization, disposal and destruction of chlorine; hazardous waste management and waste management services;Providing information and consultation in the field of transportation of chlorine and other chemicals and hazardous materials and dangerous goods in both emergency and non-emergency situations;Hazardous waste disposal services, namely, neutralization, disposal and destruction of chlorine and other chemicals and hazardous materials and dangerous goods containing chlorine in both emergency and non-emergency situations; providing information and consultation in the field of hazardous waste disposal, namely, neutralization, disposal and destruction of chlorine and other chemicals and hazardous materials and dangerous goods containing chlorine in both emergency and non-emergency situations;Providing consultation and information in the field of emergency response for communities in the field of hazardous chlorine waste spill events;
