The mark consists of the stylized word SWITCHWOOD and two crossed axes each at a 75 degree angle with the heads of the axes are pointing upward. Centered between the crossed axes are three stars equally spaced apart from each other and directly above the stars sits a single tree. Centered below the crossed axes is a single bow tie and directly beneath it two double headed arrows facing each other, the arrow heads fall within the borders of the bow tie.
