Library services, namely, providing reading material transcribed into braille or audiotape; the taping and brailling of text books, vocational and leisure reading materials, braille transcription services, namely transcribing reading material into braille or audio media; audio tape recording and braille transcription of textbooks, vocational and leisure reading materials; all for individuals who have difficulty reading normal print due to a visual or physical limitation; providing radio programs featuring the oral reading of content from newspapers, magazines, and best selling books; and subscription based telephone information services featuring news in the nature of the oral reading of daily Minneapolis area newpapers via a touch tone telephone.;pre-recorded audio cassettes featuring recording of books;telecommunication services, namely, providing access to a special radio network providing content from newspapers, magazines and best-selling books, providing access to a subscription service providing daily minneapolis area newspapers and accessed by touch tone phone within the minneapolis-st; paul metropolitan area;
