The mark consists of the word FIERCE in inclined letters transitioning from red-violet at the top to red at the bottom and the word MARKETING is in inclined letters in black, both words in a rough sketch font. Above the wording is a rhombus shaped portrait border with the portrait background transitioning from violet at the top to red-violet at mid-point.
