The mark consists of a circle in orange with three small half-circle cutouts in white, with one inside the orange circle at the top with the flat side of the half-circle facing down, a second half-circle in white with the flat side of the half-circle facing to the right, and a third half-circle near the bottom of the orange circle with the flat side of the half-circle facing upward toward the first half circle. Immediately to the right of the orange circle design appears the word CITY in bold black letters in lower case, and immediately under the word CITY appear the words BY SIVIL in black with the S in SIVIL capitalized and the remaining letters in lower case.
