The mark consists of a circle with another circle inside of it with two boat oars, both of which contain lines in the style of wood grain, criss-crossing (at 90 degree angles) at the center of the inner circle, which divides the area inside the inner circle into four quadrants and the area outside the inner circle but inside the first mentioned circle into four quadrants; as to the four quadrants inside the inner circle: in the left quadrant there is a thin R with the shadow of a bold R behind the thin R; in the right quadrant there is a thin and inverted B with the shadow of a bold and inverted B behind the thin B; in the upper quadrant there a ship which is sinking on its starboard side and producing smoke; in the lower quadrant there are three males, each wearing graduation robes, on a lifeboat, on top of a small wave, with the male on the far left wearing both an eye-patch and arm sling on his right side, the male in the center has on a square academic cap, and the male on the far right has on a square academic cap; and as to the four quadrants outside the inner circle but inside the first mentioned circle: in the upper quadrant there is the text EST. 2014 which is arched and runs parallel to the curvature of both the first mentioned circle and the inner circle; in the lower quadrant there is the text RUFFLY BUMBLE which is arched and runs parallel to curvature of both the first mentioned circle and the inner circle; in the left quadrant there is a dot in the center with two arcs branching out away from the dot and running parallel to the curvature of both the first mentioned circle and the inner circle; and in the right quadrant there is a dot in the center with two arcs branching out away from the dot and running parallel to the curvature of both the first mentioned circle and the inner circle.;RUFFLY BUMBLE ESTABLISHED TWENTY FOURTEEN RB;Hats; Pants; T-shirts;Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark.;EST. 2014 AND RUFFLY;
