The mark consists of a vertical bar of solid lighter blue followed to its right, with a space between, by a second but taller vertical bar of solid gold, each of which is in front of a yet taller vertical bar of solid darker blue. Each bar has a beveled edge on all sides and is shaded to suggest the presence of light and shadow. To the right of the bars, following a space and running left to right, are the letters r, a, n, and k, each in the solid lighter blue color, which letters are followed by the letter a in the solid gold color, which letter is followed by the letters r, o, and o, each in the solid lighter blue color. Each of the letters is separated by a space and is in lower case block font.
