The mark consists of Literary elements include the brand name VertiLase which hovers a top of seven (7) blue cubes ranging in size and shape. From Left to Right the first cube is rectangular shaped and subsequent cubes begin to gradually expand in the y-axis all the way up to the seventh (7th) cube which is square in shape. On the right-hand side of the mark there are four (4) identical cubes. Beneath the bottom seven (7) cubes there is a guideline that runs from left to right all the way to the bottom right corner of the mark and then makes a rounded right-angle for the corner which then leads up alongside the four (4) right-hand square shaped cubes. On the left side of the mark there are two (2) right facing curved lines that vaguely resemble the letter C. The leftmost curved line begins below the bottom guideline directly beneath the V in VertiLase as a thin point which gradually expands in width as it curves upwards and over the VertiLase brand name covering VertiLas and ending as a thin point above the letter s in VertiLase. The second curved line is situated on the right side of the first curved line mentioned above. The second curved line begins above the V in VertiLase with a flat bottom which curves upwards to the right above VertiLas ending on the s in VertiLase.
