The mark consists of white and gray gradient, line textured, round ring with the letters NV centered on top portion of ring and Cann Labs LLC centered on the bottom portion of ring. The interior of ring is black to gray gradient, gray in center. A wreath of 13 graduated size, green cannibis leaves and two green dragonflies sits on the outer edges of the black circle, while a royal blue shape of the state of Nevada, with a gray drop shadow on the lower left diagonal and bottom free form right portion of the state, emblazoned with a yellow Caduceus emblem is centered in the cannabis wreath. The cannabis wreath is composed of a large cannabis digitate in the bottom center, having 9 serrated leaflets pointing toward the center of wreath, with the largest leaflet in the center and the remaining four leaflets on either side being arranged in a graduated manner toward the stem. Two small, downward facing dragonflies are placed between the second and third leaflet on either side of the central cannabis digitate.
