The mark consists of an outline of two circles however the bottom portion of the outer circle does not create a complete circle but creates a rectangle shape outline running horizontally below the outer circle. Between the two circled lines are thick-lined dashes which are curved forming a circle shape. Within the two circles with the dashed lines in between is a filled-in circle shape. Superimposed on this image are the italicized capital letters T and L which are outlined and shadowed with the bottom line of the L extending beyond the circles.
