The participant must: 1. complete a 12- unit training program. Each training unit is approximately 1 hour in length, once per week, and is also available online. After each training program unit, the participant must successfully pass a quiz (minimum 100% mark) in order to move to the next unit. 2. after the completion of the training program, the participant must successfully pass (minimum 75% mark) the examination. Once the participant has successfully met these requirements, she/he will be certified as an InAgent and will be given her/his own designated InAgent number.;
