The production and perpetual global distribution by all means now known or hereafter devised for the maximum duration permitted by law, of all copies as such term is defined in the United States Copyright Act, Title 17 of the United States Code, of live performances and/or events, including but not limited to, music concerts, revues, recitals, stage presentations, sports events, competitions, speeches, lectures, seminars, etc., that may or may not be tied/linked to the [corresponding]tickets issued to these live events and/or the methods, systems and technologies that record, distribute and deliver same, by all means now known or hereafter devised, in perpetuity.;EVENT CLICK TICKETS AND OR EVENT CLICK TICKETS;
