The mark consists of a circle surrounded by uniform triangular edging, said edging being spaced apart from the outer contrasting ring and with the points of said triangular edging pointing away from the outer contrasting ring, and said outer contrasting ring containing an inner contrasting ring. The upper half of the space between the outer contrasting ring and the inner contrasting ring contains the words MADE IN THE USA each word equally spaced with a small star between each word centered on the top of said upper half of the space. The lower half of the space between the outer contrasting ring and the inner contrasting ring contains the words YEARS OF QUALITY centered upon said lower half of the space. The inner circle created by the inner contrasting ring contains the number 100 with a plus sign to the immediate right of the number, with three stars horizontally centered at the top of said circle with the middle star being slightly larger than the remaining two identically sized stars.
