The mark consists of a red shield with a white skull at the center. There is a white star in each red eye socket of the skull. The skull is wearing a crown which consists of three red stars on the base portion and a black star on each of the crowns spikes. There are three white stars outlined in red above the skull and crown. The first star is slightly left justified, the second star is center justified and slightly covering the first and third star, and the third star is slightly right justified. There are two white lightning bolts outlined in red and black, one on the left side of the skull and one on the right side of the skull. They are both coming to a point at the mandible of the skull. Under the skull there are two white swords outlined in black. The swords form an X as they cross under the skull. Each sword has a star on the pommel and a star on the cross-guard.
