The mark consists of a bottom banner with the wording GOD IS ONE in the center. The wording in this banner is in red and the banner is in gold. Above the banner sits an emblem formed by two circles. The outer circle of the emblem is in gold, the inner circle of the emblem is in red, and the interior of the emblem is in white. The middle of the emblem contains the letters F.C., in red, surrounded by an ornamental diamond shape in blue. Along the top curve of the exterior circle of the emblem, in red, is the text FCOOLJC. Flanking the left and right sides of the emblem is a wreath constructed of gold leaves.
