Between those two words, lies a tiny black star on both the right and the left. Inside the circle is a solid, silver 5-pointed star. Circumscribing the badge is another silver circle which has the words LAW ENFORCEMENT around the top and the words APPLICANT DATABASE around the bottom in larger capital black stylized font. Between those two words, lies a black star on both the right and the left, more than double the size of the stars on the badge. Behind the larger circle and everything inside it, is a large X with its entire left side in dark blue and its entire right side in gray. The bottom-left and top-right corners of the X are longer than the other corners and appear to fade off into six fork-like points. Above all the foregoing is the stylized blue word LEAD.
