E-NODE

The mark consists of a yellow square to the left, and the letter E in a stylized blue font and in lower case, outlined in gray, is transposed on the yellow square.  A hyphen in the color blue, outlined in the color gray, is physically connected to the right side of the letter E.  The term NODE in gray lower case letters, except the letter N, appears to the right of the letter E.  The color white represents background, outlining, shading, and/or transparent areas and is not part of the mark.;Software for programming and managing databases;The color(s) yellow, blue and gray is/are claimed as a feature of the mark.;
