The vajra symbol is above a white-colored oval shape with a red border. This white and red oval shape is above a gold-colored flower-shaped object with 14 petals. All these elements are set against a maroon-colored background with slightly curved gold-colored lines aligned from the center to the border. To the left of the central element is a gold-colored pole with red and blue highlights and a multi-colored striped Buddhist flag. The flag colors are blue, yellow, red, white and orange. To the right of the central element is a gold-colored pole with red and blue highlights and a multi-colored mandala flag. The flag is primarily blue in color with border stripes of green, red, yellow and white. The flag also contains a multi-colored circle of white, yellow, red, green and blue. There is a multi-colored stripe of yellow, blue, red, green and white that stretches from a point near the top of the multi-colored circle and gradually widens to the upper right corner of the flag. Below the central oval-shaped element is a rectangular shape with upward facing points on the ends. This shape is primarily blue-colored and has a gold-colored border. | Description: | The mark consists of a very small sphere surrounded by a sphere comprised of 3 burgundy right-curling shapes and 3 transparent right-curling shapes. Surrounding this sphere are eight spoke-like shapes arranged in the cardinal and intercardinal directions, each of which extends to an outer spherial band. Surrounding this band in each of the cardinal directions is an elaborate pointed design depicting the shape of a Buddhist vajra or dorje. In the intercardinal directions are a grouping of three small spheres. This entire central element is encircled by a burgundy-colored spherical band and then a thinner spherical transparent band. These bands are further encircled by a larger and much thicker burgundy-colored spherical band. This largest band contains a transparent literal element which reads Seal of the Dzogchen Buddha Path USA and which wraps around the central element. This band also contains four transparent five-point star shapes, two in lower left portion of the band and two in the lower right portion of the band and flanking the word USA. The upper portion of the outer band contains a small transparent sphere just above a transparent crescent shape with its tips pointed upward. Extending from the sides of these two shapes are small transparent rectangular shapes repeated and arranged to form a transparent band depicting a cord near the outer edge of the large outer band.
