The mark is the letter E in navy blue, rotated about 10 degrees from the vertical, and surrounded by a hemispherical white space forming the negative of the letter D. This is turn is surrounded by offsetting blue circular bands. On the left side, there is a gradient from blue to white. Four thin lines 90 degrees apart, representing a graphical registration point, are rotated slightly to line up with the letters.
