The mark consists of the following: a three-dimensional configuration of a bottle design that will serve as a container for the goods in the shape of a cylinder with three distinct sections. The top and bottom sections are gray and black and smaller than the blue and dark blue middle section. Black and gray vertical indentations run down the top and bottom sections. Black, white and silver vertical lines run down the front of the configuration in the middle section, and these lines represent a narrow cylindrical shape that is within the configuration. The stylized words DISTLLEDQUALITY appear horizontally across the middle of the bottle in silver, with the final D in DISTILLED and the Q in QUALITY appearing larger than the remaining lettering, creating the impression that DQ is written there; the wording PRODUCT OF SWEDEN appears in gray at the bottom of the configuration. The matter shown in broken or dotted lines is not part of the mark and serves only to show the position or placement of the mark.
