The mark consists of a lime-colored leaf with a purple stripe in the middle of the leaf. The leaf is partially covering a purple heart. The words Cuisine for Healing in black, all capital letters, Americana font, form a circle around the leaf and heart-half-wing-design. The half-wing design will sometimes be used alone, without the wording .;The color(s) lime, teal, purple, and black is/are claimed as a feature of the mark.;Food for medically restricted diets;The certification mark, as used by authorized persons, certifies that food items, whether listed on menus or individually packaged, are hormone free, antibiotic free, preservative free, without high fructose corn syrup or sugar, and without hydrogenated oils. The mark will only be licensed for use after all of the criteria have been met, and Cuisine for Healing reserves the right to remove the mark if the food item later fails to meet the required criteria.;
