The mark consists of the design of a shoe, whereby no claim is made to the sole of the shoe or the hang tag hanging from the laces and tongue area. The shoe is moccasin-style with decorative stitching around the sides and toe area. There are decorative laces hanging from the sides and back of the shoe, and some of the laces have two plastic beads knotted at the top.
