Software, namely, an app or computer program allowing monitoring of use of medicine in a blister pack for patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies;CONNECT PAK;Medical device, namely, an electronic device as part of a blister pack containing electronics and medications, the electronic device in the form of a blister pack containing electronics adapted to connect to a smart phone or other electronic device for review and sharing medication intake information related to the blister pack and its use by patients, including recording, notifications and reporting potential mis-doses or incorrect medication timing and having the capability of establishing a real-time electronic connection with care teams, namely, physicians, pharmacists, care givers, nurses, or other qualified medical personnel and insurance companies for timely intervention;
