The bear is standing on tan sand with brown rocks. The bear is holding a white cup in his left hand with a shaved ice containing the colors blue, green, yellow, orange, and red. The bear is waving with his right hand. There are two palm trees, one on the left of the bear and one on the right of the bear. The palm trees contain green palm leaves and brown/tan trunks. The trees are arched inward. Below the base of each tree is a blue splash of water. Located at the bottom of the mark, between the blue splashes of water and below the bear and palm trees, are the words SHAVED ICE outlined in brown and filled with white.
