The mark consists of a blue circle and inside the blue circle are three separate sections. The first section is a small blue sector nested in a blue arch that extends from the sector, the blue arch runs parallel with the arch of the sector, the arch shifts angularly and becomes a blue line and the blue line runs parallel with on of the lines of the sector, the line angularly shifts and becomes a blue line, and the line runs parallel with the other line of the sector and terminates on the blue.
