Mutual fund investment advisory services provided through a financial WRAP program, namely, matching an investor to one of a number of predefined specific investment models, executing financial transactions in order to form a portfolio of financial assets based on the model specified for the investor, maintaining custody and control of various assets in the portfolio to ratios defined in the specified model, monitoring of investments in the portfolio, and conducting periodic meetings with the investor to review performance of the portfolio relative to needs of the investor;
