Maternal breastfeeding support and education;The certification mark, as used by entities authorized by the certifier, certifies that the hospital, maternity center or health care facility complies with standards implementing the Baby-Friendly Hospital Initiative by, among other requirements, not accepting free or low cost breast milk substitutes and by implementing the Ten Steps to Successful Breastfeeding program to provide an optimal environment for breastfeeding mothers.;
