Spirits distillery services;The mark consists of stylized A superimposed atop a stylized S, the A having an arcuate left leg bowing outwardly and a straight vertically extending right leg which bisects the stylized S which is comprised of a doubly scrolled upper arm having a starting point that abuts the mid-portion of the right leg of the A and a lower arm with a tail whose arc parallels that of the left leg of the A; the S sits atop a horizontal baseline which extends above the words ALTERED STATE, the bottom of the right leg of the A extending between the D of ALTERED and the S of 'State'; ALTERED STATE is underlined and DISTILLERY written there beneath in a smaller, different font, all the letters and baseline being pixilated to simulate aging.;ALTERED STATE DISTILLERY;Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark.;DISTILLERY;
