This is a safety device used to protect children at the beach; A life jacket is used, along with a connecting line that connects to the back of the life jacket that will prevent the child from being taken out to sea in case of a strong current or undertow; It only allows the child to go out no more than 14 feet; The connecting line is retractable and this is connected to an anchor that is screwed down into the sand about 18 to 20 inches; The anchor has 2 handgrips on the t-bar connected to the anchor, and also streamers of different colors that blow in the wind to make it noticeable to people walking around the area; The age group that this is targeted at is from ages 1 to 5, and the weight from around 30-50 pounds;
