An object of the present invention is to provide a uniformly spreadable granular agricultural chemical formulation and to establish a method of scattering (applying) the formulation under the assumption that the spreadability of the agrochemically active ingredient is satisfactory so that the expected treatment effect of the agricultural chemicals can be obtained by local application even when algae are drifted by the wind and cover the surface of the water of the paddy field.
