A grinder disc, insert holder and insert assembly including a grinder disc with a plurality of grinder insert holders for grinder inserts for grinding and the like. The assembly includes a grinder insert holder having a holder case with a hollow interior an open end portion and a closed end portion with and an end wall, and a resilient pad sized and shaped to be located in the hollow interior of the case adjacent to the end wall.
