  1. A desk organizer having a horizontally disposed rail is mounted over a desk by use of a support base secured to the desk, or a support base secured to walls surrounding the desk, such as those found in office cubicles. The desk support base includes an elongated rod carrying a spindle which extends vertically from the support base.
