Technical Examples

The invention relates to a numnah for interposition between a saddle and an animal to be ridden. The numnah comprises a first layer that constitutes a base layer of polymer foam with an open cell structure and a second layer in the form of a cover fabric with an open structure intended to be applied against the back of the animal to be ridden. The base layer substantially consists of polyurethane foam and at least 50% recycled polyurethane foam with a high water absorption capacity. A suitable material may be a PoliyouÂ® foam.
