The mobile station acquires uplink transmitted power values from the mobile station to the first base station and to the second base station. The first base station and the second base station control a power of the cell selection reference signal so that the uplink transmitted power values from the mobile station to the first base station and to the second base station become substantially equal and so that a received power value at the mobile station of the cell selection reference signal becomes substantially equal to a predetermined reference power value.
