An insulating holder for holding a beverage in a bottle or a can having a lower cylindrical enclosure which receives an upper enclosure having a dome-shaped upper end. The upper and lower enclosures are provided with mating threads or other mating devices to hold the upper and lower enclosures in place when enjoyed.
