This bright decorative molded article comprises: an opaque resin substrate; a light-emitting device provided thereon; a transparent resin layer covering the substrate and the light-emitting device; a bright decorative layer (upper surface layer) covering the light-emitting device on the transparent resin layer; and a bright decorative layer (lower surface layer) provided on the surface of the substrate at a portion covered by the bright decorative layer (upper surface layer).
