The burst data generator produce burst data corresponding to the burst signals modulated by respective B-Y and R-Y signals. The burst respective color subcarrier signals according to the phase signal. The multiplier produces products of the burst data and the digital samples of the chrominance signal, from which digital samples of the respective R-Y and B-Y signals are produced.
