  1. A test tube having a plug and containing a blood sample is prepared. The blood sample is separated into blood serum and blood clot by a separation agent, and an air layer is interposed between the plug and the blood serum. The test tube is placed between an X-ray tube and an image pickup device. X rays are emitted from the X-ray tube to the test tube.
